"The image with this story was made by artist Lizzy Lunday. For her figurative paintings she works with popular imagery from various media- from Instagram to reality programs. 'A central question in my work is how much influence the images we are inundated with have on the way we experience relationships and intimacy. Throughout history life lessons have been passed on through storytelling from mythology or religion, whereas now we increasingly compare and relate to ourselves through the lives presented to us on the screen'."
